My ShopandBox has arrived but there are some damaged / broken items, what do I do?

For damaged items - Shoppers must send photographic evidence of damaged items and packaging within 24 hours of receiving their items.

ShopandBox encourages Shoppers to select the insurance option for their shipping for a peace of mind. If your box arrives with damaged or broken items, your first point of contact is your assigned Boxer for your Order.

If your shipping option includes insurance, your Boxer will advise next steps and how to lodge a claim with the respective shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, ShopandBox and your Boxer may not be able to help if a non-insurance option is selected for your order as any damage incurred in-transit from your Boxer to your destination is out of our control.

ShopandBox Boxers endeavours to take pictures of your package before it is shipped so ensure that you have taken a good look at the Items Gallery before proceeding with Invoice 2.
